Grounded Sounds welcomes new Creative Director!

Our brand new Creative Director jess loveless joined the team last month and has been getting stuck into to all things Grounded Sounds; visiting School Ground Sounds, getting to know our partners and planning lots of new programming!

Jess has over a decade of creative industries experience, having produced events, workshops, roundtables and festivals, as well as training and consultancy around youth voice, community engagement and inclusion, and has worked with organisations such as Tate Britain, Roundhouse, Amy Winehouse Foundation, Battersea Arts Centre, Hackney Empire, Rich Mix and more.

Jess grew up in Hackney and has worked with schools, hubs and youth groups across London and the UK. She brings a strategic, creative vision to Grounded Sounds and is looking forward to immersing herself in our community and continuing the good vibes.
