The programme is designed to take participants to the next step in their careers by giving access to a professional network as well as insight into the music industry. So far, over 40 young people have now been through the mentoring programme. Our experienced mentors work on a voluntary basis and provide 1-to-1 support for 18-24 year-olds who are interested in pursuing a career in the music industry.
